Bangkok World Music Day 2026
Bangkok World Music Day 2026 is the second edition of the event, presented by One Bangkok in partnership with the Embassy of France in Thailand, Alliance Française Bangkok, and Live Promotions. The event takes its direct inspiration from the Fête de la Musique, the French national music celebration created in 1982 at the initiative of the French Ministry of Culture which is now held in more than 120 countries across five continents every year on or around June 21, the summer solstice.
For Bangkok, it arrives a week ahead of the global date, on June 13, and spreads across two distinct addresses: the mixed-use development of One Bangkok at the intersection of Rama IV and Wireless roads, and Alliance Française Bangkok, a short distance away. Admission across all five stages is completely free. Last year's inaugural edition drew close to 7,000 attendees; the 2026 programme is described by the organisers as more ambitious, more festive, and more inclusive in format.

Echoes of Plurality
The "Echoes of Plurality" project, led by the French Embassy in Thailand, the Goethe-Institut, the German Embassy, and the NON NON NON collective — with support from the Creative Economy Agency — offers young women and queer DJs from Bangkok's local electronic scene workshops and artistic exchanges with international artists, including Olympe 4000 (France) and a special guest DJ from Germany.
