What This Is

Loopliner covers house, techno and electronic music across Asia, with a focus on Southeast Asia: festival and lineup announcements, club and venue news, city guides, releases and artist profiles.

How Loopliner Is Made

Our articles work from published sources: official artist and promoter announcements, venue and festival websites, ticketing pages and reporting by other outlets. Every article is checked against those sources before it goes out, and is signed Loopliner.

We do not currently do original reporting: we do not attend the events we write about, and we do not conduct our own interviews. When we tell you something, it comes from a source you can check, and we link to it wherever we can.

What We Hold Ourselves To

• No invented facts: lineups, dates, prices and venues come from published sources. We would rather leave a detail out than guess it.
• Independence: nobody pays for coverage. Any sponsored content is labelled as such.
• Corrections: tell us we got something wrong and we will fix it and say so at the bottom of the article.
