Manila's Siangyoo Plays Zouk Singapore on October 8 to Fund Nepal Flood Relief

Manila turntablist Siangyoo has sold out two Singapore shows already. On October 8, he tries for a third at Zouk, with 10% of every ticket funding flood relief in Nepal through a new charity rave format from Beamco Foundation.

Dates: Thursday, October 8, 2026, 9pm to 3am Venue: Zouk, Singapore Tickets: Via YourTessera; enquiries and RSVP through 528 Collective's Instagram

Two words on his last two Singapore ticket pages say more than any press release: sold out. Manila turntablist Siangyoo has hit that mark twice already in the city. On October 8, he tries for a third, this time at Zouk, and for the first time, a slice of what fans pay at the door is heading to flood relief in Nepal.

A Turntablist, Not a Button-Pusher

Siangyoo built his name on something he calls wordplay: chopping vocal snippets, lyrics and sound bites from completely unrelated tracks and matching them into transitions that shouldn't work but do. It is hip-hop and R&B at the core, built on scratching and timing rather than a laptop's sync button. He picked up turntables about twelve years ago after a friend introduced him to the craft and he caught his first festival, practicing on Virtual DJ and studying DJ Ace Ramos, a name Filipino crate-diggers will recognize. The real turn came in 2017, when he won the Pioneer DJ Controller Battle Championship. He has called that night a game changer for his career, and the run of international bookings since backs that up.

Zouk Bets On Something That Isn't House or Techno

Worth saying plainly: this is not a house or techno booking. Zouk's main stage is built on EDM and dance headliners, and Siangyoo's set is closer to a hip-hop and R&B mashup than anything you'd hear from the club's usual residents. That is sort of the point. Grayscale Social Club, the Manila collective Siangyoo fronts, and 528 Collective, the Singapore promoters who keep bringing him back, are betting that a generation raised on TikTok edits wants scratching and chopped vocals as much as a four-on-the-floor kick. Two sellouts in a row say they might be right.

Where the Door Money Actually Goes

October 8 also launches Impact Rave, a new night format from Beamco Foundation built around one rule: a fixed cut of every ticket goes to a cause, publicly, every time. For this first edition, that is 10% of ticket sales, routed to flash flood relief in Nepal through Wateroam, a Singapore-based social enterprise that deploys portable Roamfilter water systems in communities that just lost access to clean water. "We believe that nightlife can be a force for good," Beamco Foundation said of the launch. "Impact Rave is about making every ticket count for something beyond the dance floor."

If You Go

Doors run 9pm to 3am on October 8 at Zouk. Tickets are SGD85 via YourTessera; 528 Collective's Instagram handles enquiries and RSVPs. The date also falls inside Singapore's Race Week calendar, so expect the club to be busier than a normal Thursday. Zouk's tables already start at S$15,000 a night if you're weighing a booth against the SGD85 door price.
