The Festival
The French Alps are getting a serious house music injection this spring. The second edition of Tignes Unlimited Festival returns from April 25 to May 3, 2026, transforming one of Europe's most stunning ski resorts into a high-altitude electronic music playground.
With a lineup that reads like a who's who of contemporary house and techno, Purple Disco Machine, Stephan Bodzin, Agents of Time, Mind Against, MoBlack, and Sara Landry. This end-of-season celebration offers world-class dance music with the Alps as your backdrop. From mountaintop sunset sets to late-night club sessions, here's everything house heads need to know about Tignes Unlimited 2026.
Edition: 2nd Edition
Date: April 25 - May 3, 2026
Location: TIgnes, French Alps (Savoie region)
Venues: 5+ stages across the ski area and resort
Closing Date: Winter season ends May 3, 2026

The festival is produced by Association Moving Mountains, the independent non-profit behind the broader Unlimited festival series across the French Alps, which has been running events in the mountains since 2015. What makes Tignes Unlimited distinct in the mountain festival calendar is the interplay between setting and format.
Daytime concerts happen on the slopes themselves most notably at the Sommet de Tovière, the high-altitude stage accessible from Val Claret while evenings move indoors to Tignespace, the resort's main venue reconfigured in concert mode for the week. La Folie Douce and Le Bollin round out the multi-venue spread, giving the programme genuine range across the day and night.
The concept is simple but brilliant: ski (or ride) by day, dance by night and sometimes dance on the mountain itself. With venues ranging from high-altitude summits to intimate resort bars, the festival offers a unique blend of alpine adventure and electronic music culture.

Purple Disco Machine - the German producer whose disco-house productions have accumulated over a billion streams worldwide, with tracks including "Hypnotized," "Fireworks" and "Dopamine" opens the confirmed run on Sunday 26 April at the Sommet de Tovière stage. A sunset set on a mountain at 2,700 metres, with the Grande Motte and Grande Casse as backdrop, is as close to an ideal setting for his brand of warm, floor-filling house as any festival can offer.
MoBlack - takes the afro-house thread on Friday 1 May at Le Bollin, a dedicated daytime session in the mountains, described as a "special daytime session" showcasing his signature afro-house sound.
Shimza - the South African DJ and producer who bridges afro house and tech house, is slotted for Tuesday 28 April, venue still to be confirmed.
