Dom Dolla has spent the last two years selling out Madison Square Garden twice over and headlining a stadium in his native Sydney. He has never once played a headline show in Singapore. That gap closes on 27 November, and he's doing it inside a building that spent forty years generating nothing but rust.
A Power Station, Twice in Six Weeks
Pasir Panjang Power Station went online in the early 1950s as one of Singapore's first big engines of electricity, then went dark sometime in the 1980s. For decades since, its turbine hall sat there doing nothing more strenuous than housing ambient listening nights and the occasional seated audiovisual set, the kind of crowd that brings a picnic mat rather than a pair of dancing shoes. That changed on 17 October, when ARTBAT played their own first Singapore show under the same exposed steel trusses. Dom Dolla's date, six weeks later, makes the venue's second act official: this is now where Collective Minds puts its biggest international bookings, not a one-off experiment.
No ticket prices are up yet. ARTBAT's night ran from S$128 for general admission, with a VIP stage pass adding behind-the-booth access and a dedicated bar, and Dom Dolla's tier structure will likely land somewhere close. Why Dom Dolla, Why Now
The Melbourne-born, Sydney-based producer holds residencies at Hï Ibiza and LIV Las Vegas, has racked up four ARIA Awards for Best Dance/Electronic Release, a GRAMMY nomination and an ARIA Global Impact Award, and his catalogue has crossed 1.5 billion streams. None of that required a Singapore stop until now. His sound, thick, vocal-led house built for festival mains rather than 4am basements, is a different animal from ARTBAT's cinematic build-and-drop techno, and it will ask something different of that turbine hall: less picnic mat, more crowd surge.
It also lands in a city that has spent 2026 booking hard in this direction. Sara Landry played Kuala Lumpur and Singapore back to back barely a month ago, and Thugshop's old room has already been reborn as Exit Reality with a Berghain regular on the books. A promoter with a 6,000-plus capacity industrial shell and the calendar to fill it twice in two months is not testing the market anymore. It has decided the market is there.
