Southeast Asia's biggest dance music weekend has picked its ground. Djakarta Warehouse Project confirms its 2026 edition for December 11 to 13 in Jakarta, bringing the Ismaya Live flagship back to the capital after taking up residence on the Island of the Gods, where the 2025 edition ran at GWK Cultural Park in Bali.
The official 2026 key art says it plainly: DWP 2026, Jakarta. For a festival that has bounced between JIExpo Kemayoran and Bali across the last decade, the homecoming matters. Jakarta is where the warehouse in the name actually meant something, and the city's crowd has not had a hometown edition since 2024.
The First Names
The opening batch of artists is short but telling. Swedish duo Galantis headline the announcement, joined by Indonesian scene staple Dipha Barus featuring KC Jones, the back-to-back pairing Faktta b2b Greybox, and Iris Nova. More names are promised in the coming phases, and if previous editions are any guide, the final bill will stack international headliners against the strongest of the local circuit.
Shoreline: The Bali Send-Off
Before the caravan moves back to the capital, DWP gives Bali a farewell of sorts. DWP Shoreline lands at Cafe Del Mar Bali on Sunday, August 16, 2026, with the same first-wave artists on the bill. Consider it a launch party with a beach club attached, and the first chance to hear what the 2026 edition is reaching for.
Bali's calendar hardly empties out, though: between KAJE debuting in the highlands this September and the island's beach club circuit, the scene DWP leaves behind is busier than the one it found.
